Hey I'm Sierra!
I’m an Industrial Designer from Charlotte, North Carolina, with roots in the high-end commercial furniture industry. My early work as a furniture designer and developer taught me the value of precision, craft, and material understanding. These skills helped earn recognition through awards such as Best of NeoCon and Interior Design Magazine’s Best of the Year Awards (Neocon Silver & Popular Choice Winner 2024).

Today, as a master’s student in the Sports Product Design program at the University of Oregon, I’ve shifted my focus towards creating outdoor product and systems to elevate the athlete experience. As an ultramarathoner, skier, mountain biker, and climber, I intimately understand how gear is an extension of the athlete, and how fit, form, and function directly influence performance and an athlete's connection to the environment.

My goal is to design thoughtful, high-performing products that empower athletes to move with purpose, push their limits, and deepen their relationship with the outdoors.
